SDMT

Shared Decision-Making Team - is the problem-solving, visionary committee that
governs the school. The committee assists in developing, reviewing, revising,
and implementing the campus improvement plan. The SDMT model consists of a
12-member team and four task forces. The task forces meet monthly and are formed
according to teacher and parent interest.
